The cost of an oil change depends on several factors, including the type of oil used, the amount of oil required, and the difficulty of performing the oil change. Contact your local Jiffy Lube for pricing based on your vehicle and the type of oil that's right for you.
During the Jiffy Lube Signature Service® Oil Change, a trained technician will change your oil (with up to five quarts of quality motor oil) and oil filter.
We’ll inspect key vehicle components, such as radiator fluid reservoir levels, engine air filtration system, serpentine belts, brake fluid level, wiper blades, exterior lights, and chassis. If any of these components need to be serviced, we'll ask for your permission before proceeding with any repairs or maintenance to ensure you’re fully informed and comfortable with the necessary work.
We’ll also check your tire pressure and, if necessary, adjust it to the recommended psi. Additionally, we’ll inspect additional vehicle fluid levels — transmission, power steering, differential/transfer case, and washer fluids. If needed, we'll fill or top off these fluids to help ensure your vehicle operates smoothly and safely.
To top it off, we’ll vacuum your vehicle's interior and clean exterior windows.
The correct oil change frequency depends on your vehicle, the motor oil you use, and your driving conditions. Always consult your owner's manual for the manufacturer's recommendations on oil change intervals. You can also stop by your local Jiffy Lube, and a trained technician can advise you on what oil change interval is recommended by your vehicle manufacturer so you can choose a customized oil change schedule that works for you and your vehicle.
A tire rotation is not part of the Jiffy Lube Signature Service® Oil Change, but you can ask to include it along with your oil change. Most tire manufacturers recommend tire rotations between 5,000 and 8,000 miles.
