Yaki Udon with Tomato and Egg (トマトと卵の焼うどん) Japanese Fried Noodle Part 3

Here is another Yaki Udon recipe. It is very simple, suitable for a quick lunch at home. Ingredients (serves 1): 1 Tomato 2 Eggs 1 pack of boiled fresh Udon noodles or boiled frozen Udon noodles 2 big spoons of sesame oil Salt& Pepper Arugura leaves to garnish (optional)

Salmon foil grill (鮭のホイル焼き Sake no foil yaki)

Ingredients (serves 2) 2 slices of salmon 1/2 onion 1/2 tomato 1 consomme (chicken stock) cube – mix with 1 cup of hot water to make consomme soup. Cooking 1. Slightly salt and pepper the salmon filet.
